Alicia is a Clinical Psychologist, learning designer, facilitator, and coach with over 17 years’ experience working across complex and high-pressure environments including defence, policing, emergency services, mining, health, and government.

Her work is shaped by a deep understanding of how people think, respond, and perform under pressure. She focuses on strengthening leadership, psychological safety, and communication in a way that is practical, grounded, and applicable in real-world settings.
